1. Information We Collect

To provide a robust, synchronized breeding record management experience, Litter Ledger collects the following categories of information:

A. Account Information

• Email Address & Password: When you register an account using Email/Password authentication.
• Google Account Data: When you choose "Sign in with Google", we receive your basic public profile information (such as your Google-verified email address, display name, and unique user identifier) provided by Google Identity Services. We do not receive or store your Google password.
• Kennel Profile Details: Optional details entered by you, including your Kennel Name, breeder contact phone number, kennel website, and regional preferences (currency, date format, weight unit).

B. Breeder Operational & Ledger Data

All data you create and maintain within the app to manage your breeding program is securely synchronized with your private account:

• Dog Records: Dog names, breeds, dates of birth, sex, microchip numbers, registration numbers, notes, and photos.
• Breeding & Reproductive History: Heat cycles, mating dates, sire and dam associations, pregnancy check dates, and estimated/actual whelping dates.
• Litter & Puppy Records: Litter names, puppy birth weights, daily/weekly weight progress records, color markings, health clearances, and vaccination notes.
• Customer & Transaction Records: Buyer names, contact details, buyer preferences, puppy reservations, sale prices, payments received, and kennel expenses.

C. Purchase & Subscription Data

• When you subscribe to Litter Ledger Pro, payment transactions are processed entirely by Google Play In-App Billing. Keshav Studios does not process, receive, or store your credit card or financial details. We only retain Google Play Purchase Tokens and Order IDs to verify active subscription status and grant Pro feature access.

We work with trusted third-party cloud infrastructure and services provided by Google LLC to deliver reliable app functionality. These services have their own privacy policies governing data usage:

• Google Firebase Authentication: Provides secure authentication mechanisms (Email/Password and Google Sign-In) to verify user identities (Google Privacy Policy).
• Google Cloud Firestore: Enterprise-grade encrypted NoSQL cloud database used to store and synchronize user operational records (Firebase Privacy and Security).
• Google Play In-App Billing & Licensing: Manages subscription lifecycle and authentication of genuine Play Store installations.
• Google Identity / Credential Manager: Enables seamless and secure Sign-in with Google on Android devices.

4. How We Use Your Information

The information collected is strictly used for the following operational purposes:

• Authenticating your account and maintaining your session.
• Synchronizing and backing up your dogs, litters, puppies, and financial records safely to the cloud so you can access them across your devices.
• Calculating reproductive milestones (due dates, heat cycle intervals) and triggering timely local device notifications.
• Verifying and managing Pro subscription access and purchase state.
• Providing customer support and troubleshooting issues reported by you.

5. Data Security and Storage

We treat your operational records with strict confidentiality:

• Encryption in Transit: All data transmitted between your device and Google Cloud/Firebase servers is protected using industry-standard TLS/HTTPS encryption.
• Role-Based Security Rules: Our Cloud Firestore database implements rigorous server-side security rules ensuring that only authenticated users have access to their own data. No user can access or view another user's kennel, dog, or financial records.

6. Data Retention and Account Deletion

Your data is retained for as long as your account remains active. You maintain full ownership and control of your records:

• In-App Deletion: You can delete individual dogs, litters, puppies, reminders, and financial records directly inside the application at any time.
• Complete Account & Data Deletion: You have the right to request permanent deletion of your account and all associated cloud data. To request full deletion, send an email to keshavstudiosindia@gmail.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request" using the email registered with your Litter Ledger account. Your account and all stored records will be permanently removed from our databases within 30 days.

7. Children's Privacy

Litter Ledger is intended for use by adult dog breeders, canine professionals, and hobbyists. We do not knowingly collect or solicit personal identifiable information from children under the age of 13. If we become aware that a child under 13 has registered or provided personal information, we will promptly delete that information from our records.

8. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect app updates, new features, or regulatory requirements. Any modifications will be posted on this page with an updated "Effective Date". Continued use of the application following the posting of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
