1. License to Use

Keshav Studios grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use our applications for personal, educational, or commercial document processing in compliance with these terms and Google Play Terms of Service.

2. User Content & Full Ownership

You retain 100% full and unconditional ownership of all images, documents, scans, and PDF files created using our software. Keshav Studios claims no intellectual property rights or ownership over your files. Because documents are processed locally on your device, you are solely responsible for backing up and managing your generated files.

3. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the application binaries, except to the extent permitted by applicable law.
• Use our applications to produce, scan, or distribute malicious or unlawful documents.
• Attempt to circumvent device permissions or security features implemented in the software.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our applications and services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. While we strive for extreme precision and reliable edge detection algorithms, Keshav Studios does not warrant that document scanning or conversions will be error-free or uninterrupted.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Keshav Studios shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the software.
