Keshav Studios ("we", "us", or "our") operates mobile applications, games, and utilities including the flagship application Image to PDF – PDF Bnao (package name: com.keshavstudios.pdfbnao), as well as the official developer portal at keshavstudios.com.

We are dedicated to safeguarding your personal data and ensuring total transparency regarding how data is handled across our applications and services.

1. Information We Do Not Collect

Unlike cloud-based converters, PDF Bnao operates independently of remote document servers. When using the document scanner and PDF conversion features, we do not collect or upload:

• Photos or images selected from your device gallery.
• Documents or receipts scanned using your device camera.
• Generated PDF files, file names, or metadata.
• Extracted text, numbers, or document contents.
• Personal identifying documents (passports, IDs, financial statements).

All image cropping, edge alignment, contrast adjustment, page reordering, and PDF compilation are executed directly by native code on your Android device.

2. Device Permissions & Usage

To deliver core document functionality, the App may request explicit runtime permissions. You maintain full control to grant or revoke these permissions via your Android System Settings at any time:

• Camera Permission: Required solely when you activate the scanner feature to capture document photos and detect document borders. Camera streams are processed locally in real time and are never recorded or sent off-device.
• Photos & Media / Storage Access: Required solely to allow you to select images from your device gallery for conversion into a PDF, and to save newly created PDF files into your device storage or download directory.

3. Third-Party Services & Analytics

Our mobile applications may interface with industry-standard, verified third-party software development kits (SDKs) provided by Google:

• Google Play Services: Used to manage app distribution, in-app updates, and licensing. Google's privacy practices are governed by Google's Privacy Policy.
• Google AdMob / Advertising (if enabled): May collect non-personally identifiable device diagnostics, anonymous advertising IDs, or general IP location for fraud prevention and serving non-intrusive ads. Users can reset or opt out of personalized advertising in Android Settings > Google > Ads.

4. Data Retention & Security

Because we do not store your documents on our servers, there is no remote database of your files that could be compromised. Your converted PDFs remain in your device's local file storage until you personally delete or export them.

Our apps do not knowingly collect personal identifiable information from children under the age of 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately, and we will take prompt steps to remove such information.

6. Google Play Data Safety Compliance

In accordance with Google Play's Data Safety section requirements, Keshav Studios confirms:

• No document content is transferred across the internet.
• Users have full deletion authority by deleting files directly from their local device.
